BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
ASW Steel - For this Welland based specialty steel maker we produced a return to market strategy and assisted them in winning support business for the Bruce Power refurbishments.
Conuar SA - This work involves business development for current and future products Conuar and FAE manufacture. Conuar supplies all fuel channel components and nuclear fuel assemblies to the PHWR Candu at Embalse as well as the 2 PHWR Siemens reactors at the Atucha site. During the business development stage this work also involves review of design for each bid.
BC Instruments - DB2 Consulting was contracted to provide project management, engineering review and business solutions for the many nuclear projects of BCI.

Brotech Precision CNC - Working under a long term contract with Brotech, DB2 is developing new business contacts for this very high precision nuclear machine shop. With business development producing results Brotech is now contracted with Utilities and Tier 1 nuclear customers.
HS Tech - DB2 Consulting has worked with HS Tech, located in Beijing, for ten years. This partnership is providing goods and services from CANDU suppliers into the Chinese market, as well as supplies from China into the Canadian market. DB2 is also a leading company providing HAF 604 Certification assistance for International Companies looking to enter the Chinese nuclear market.
CNNC - DB2 worked under a Long Term Agreement for this project related to Marketing Strategy and Market Analysis.
ENSA - From Spain, ENSA has a 50-year history of supplying very heavy components to the nuclear industry. DB2 is engaged for business development in the Canadian nuclear sector.

Aversan - DB2 is working with Aversan to provide strategic advice as they are new to the nuclear market.
Future Automation – Following a trade mission with KOTRA, DB2 began working with Future Automation to sell their patented and newly designed Turbine Valve Actuator Tester. DB2 negotiated with Curtiss Wright Nuclear Canada for their distributorship of the TVAT.
PTAG – A unique project working under PTAG to assist them with selling surplus nuclear supplies from a utility.
Enercon – DB2 formed a team to assist Enercon in supplying specific services to be performed under their MSA with a national nuclear laboratory.
JM Concept – DB2 provided business development services for JM Concept, located in France.
Human Systems Inc. – HSI is a leading company in the field of human factors and human performance. DB2 was engaged to provide business development services.
Niagara Energy Products – DB2 worked with NEP to prepare for and then won 2 significant new contract to supply components to the Bruce Power refurbishments.
KOTRA – Based in Toronto, KOTRA assists Korean companies who qualify for their assistance. DB2 organized an incoming virtual trade mission. DB2 also wrote two market analyses for KOTRA.
K-TEK international – DB2 is collaborating with K-TEK from South Korea to develop business representing Canadian companies seeking to enter the Korean nuclear market as well as Korean companies seeking nuclear work in Canada.

Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries (OCNI) - This project involved writing a document to study the worldwide nuclear market and where Canadian nuclear suppliers could strategically participate. The report is called the International Business Development Strategy (IBDS).
Multiple Companies – Over the last 10 years DB2 has performed 15 Market Analyses for a wide variety of nuclear companies from Canada and abroad.
